Mi experiencia en Findlay Kia fue muy negativa. Entregué toda mi documentación correcta, incluyendo mi social y toda la información necesaria. Sin embargo, el financista del dealer envió la información equivocada al banco —la de otra persona y no la mía— y como resultado, el banco canceló el préstamo. Lo peor es que, después de dos meses de tener el carro, me lo recogieron por un error que no fue mío, sino del financista del dealer. Esta situación me causó una gran pérdida de tiempo, estrés e inconvenientes. Un dealer serio debería manejar la información de los clientes con responsabilidad y profesionalismo. No recomiendo comprar aquí, ya que mi experiencia demuestra que cometen errores graves que afectan directamente a los clientes. More
