The salesperson verbally promised to fix the paint scratches to get the sale, but intentionally left it off the 'we owe' form to get out of it. I just realized almost a year later after I wanted to contact them ask them if they could assist me but of course not. Update: I have officially filed a formal complaint with the Maryland Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division (Case # MU-537166) regarding the fake freight fee and deceptive paperwork. I am awaiting the dealership's response to the state. More
