This dealership operates a classic bait-and-switch
pricing model. Future buyers, please read this detailed warning before wasting your time or money. The advertised price is fundamentally misleading,
pricing model. Future buyers, please read this detailed warning before wasting your time or money. The advertised price is fundamentally misleading, and they are actively deceptive when asked for a final cost.
The Price Manipulation Scam -
While standard industry fees (taxes, DMV, and the $799 dealer processing fee) are expected, this dealership immediately introduces non-negotiable and questionable mandatory add-ons, increasing the final price by thousands:
1. Mandatory Freight Fee: An extra $499 for "freight."
2. Mystery Fee (HPO): A staggering $1,295 required charge for "HPO" (which they cannot, or will not, clearly define).
The Financing Trap Racket -
The price will instantly climb if you attempt to pay cash or use pre-approved outside financing. They aggressively discourage external loans because their primary profit mechanism is the guaranteed margins from in-house financing.
- If you finance through them, be prepared for mandatory, high-profit add-ons,
including GAP insurance and proprietary warranties, which are automatically rolled into your loan amount.
- If you decline these specific add-ons, they simply inflate the overall vehicle price to compensate for the lost commission.
Customer Service Deception
When I called to clarify the pricing structure, the representative initially confirmed only the standard processing fee and the freight charge. However, the moment I pressed for the definitive "out-the-door" price—the only figure that matters
—they repeatedly refused to provide it. They cannot scam you if they provide a final price upfront. This refusal is the single biggest red flag.
I canceled my appointment after seeing numerous consistent complaints regarding their deceptive practices—a decision I am immensely relieved I made.
Your Two-Step Test for Honesty
Do not rely solely on their Google reviews. Look for independent feedback on Yelp and DealerRater. If you still doubt this warning, call them and perform this two-part test. Their reaction will confirm everything in this review:
1. Ask for the Out-the-Door Price: Provide them with your exact state, zip code, and trade-in status so they can calculate precise taxes. Watch how quickly they dodge the question. They will not provide a final figure because doing so eliminates their ability to surprise you with fees later.
2. State You Have Pre-Approval/Outside Financing: Tell them you are ready to buy but have your own bank approval. They will immediately pivot, claiming they work with "many lenders" and can beat your rate. Their goal is to push you away from your pre-approval and into their profit-generating loans, guaranteeing they can sell you their high-margin GAP and warranty packages.
Ask these two questions, compare their evasive answers to my experience, and decide whether this is a reputable place to spend your time.

I appreciate you sharing your experience, Bright, and I truly understand your frustration regarding the pricing practices you encountered. It's important for us to be transparent with our customers, and that is the main reason why we told you about our fees and Optional Certification , I’m sorry that you found these as Hidden cost when we clearly went through each and every fees. Your feedback is valuable, and I encourage you to reach out to us via text or call at 4436054902, if you’d like to discuss your concerns further. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Mr. Bright, we want to express our sincere apologies for the misunderstanding regarding our pricing. We value your business and strive for transparency in all our dealings. We are reviewing our internal processes to ensure this doesn't happen again. We would like to offer you a chance to discuss this further and hopefully reach a resolution, Also i would once again reiterate that our fee's are already highlighted in our website and the HPO Certification is Optional depending on the Car your buying, We understand your frustration the we refused to Negotiate the price as we have already priced our car the least in the Market. And the Fees cannot be Hidden when we told you about it.

Your dealership employs a strategic, rather than transparent, approach to pricing. I urge you to review all my phone conversations with you all; they will reveal a consistent pattern of non-disclosure regarding mandatory fees.
Your process is designed to corner potential buyers: you lure customers to your lot, engage them with a vehicle, and run a credit check. Crucially, the full price, complete with hidden charges, is only revealed after this investment of time and credit, creating a high-pressure situation where backing out feels costly.
My attempts to gain clarity were met with evasion. I called multiple times, and initially, your representatives confirmed only dealer processing and freight fees. Online reviews, however, sowed doubt. Subsequent calls, specifically asking about additional costs, still yielded denials. It wasn't until a 6th call, targeted inquiry about an "HPO" fee that the truth emerged: a mandatory $1295 charge, which you and your staff deceptively labeled as "optional." The sheer persistence required to uncover this single, non-negotiable fee is alarming, and it makes me question what other mandatory charges you embed in your final pricing.
Genuine customer trust is built on integrity and clear, upfront communication, not a game of hide-and-seek with fees. I strongly advise all prospective buyers to research online reviews thoroughly before committing their valuable time and financial data to this dealership.
I am glad I cancelled my appointment and did not spend my valuable time there only to find hidden fees.

discrepancy, she would not explain why the numbers would not match with what I wastold on my trade in. She came out wit a trade in deduction of $200.00 against my promised trade in value of $32,000.00, She came up with a little over $31K and I couldnot understand the simple math on her result. She refused to text me a valid explanation and she told me to go to the other car dealer that offer me a different deal. Very rude actitude from her part. She refused to call after that.

Kiran and another lady made sure my daughter left with the car she came for. All the other dealers wanted 5k plus down and this one didn’t ask for half of that. Mr Walsh, We Sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you due to this issue and I hope you understand that you brought a 2011 Toyota Avalon, Used it for 2 and a half months and when you had problem you did not reach out to us or gave us a fair opportunity to have a look at the car, but rather you took to the car of a another Dealership and got it fixed and reached out to us only to claim for the refund of the cost incurred and i am very sorry that we don't reimburse for works done by other shops or dealership as most dealership or Mechanics try to make money out of the Situation. I would still request you to please feel free to reach out to me @ 4436054902 if you want to discuss more about this.
