The buying process was quick and easy, making this a good dealership for anyone who wants a straightforward car-buying experience without a lot of hassle. My biggest complaint is the fee for the “Hampstead Pre-Owned Certification,” which I felt was questionable in terms of value. Ultimately, I got the vehicle I wanted, and the dealership followed through on addressing the dents. With more transparency around fee(they won't waive it) and better attention to detailing, the experience could have been even better. More

Recently arrived vehicles that haven't gone thru the 'optional' certification may actually be optional but that excludes most of the cars on their lot. .This is not a rating for their sales staff.
