Giselle was very helpful and knowledgeable on forwarding the title for our trade in the most expedite process to complete the transaction. We were very happy with our overall experience working with the personnel at this dealership and would recommend them to anyone that is looking at purchasing an automobile. The only thing that that we were unhappy with was the used vehicle only came with one specialized electronic key. Futuristically I would recommend that the previous owners either assure they have the second key or the dealership charging the previous owner for a new key so the next owner doesn’t have to purchase another key. More
