After going to dealership that wanted to over charge me up to $20k above MSRP I stop at Crown Volvo in Saint Petersburg. I discovered Crown Volvo DOES NOT charge above MSRP. I had a wonderful experience at Crown Volvo Saint Petersburg Florida. My sales person Michael Grace, was truly top notch . Michael was very professional no pressure sales. Michael worked with me getting my car for below the MSRP that is unheard-of in today's market. Michael introduced me everyone in the dealership including the maintenance department. I had a very positive experience yesterday purchasing a car at Crown Volvo, with the help of my sales consultant, Michael Grace. My contact with Michael started after I discovered the car online, but with car at Crown Volvo, with the help of my sales consultant, Michael Grace. My contact with Michael started after I discovered the car online, but with very little information because they had just received it. He reached out to me right away and gave me all the details I wanted to know about the vehicle. As it was new to the the dealership (used) he wasn't exactly sure when the inspection would be finished, but he kept me updated on the process, and notified me when it was certified and ready to see in person. He made an appointment with me for the following day, at my convenience, and I test drove the car and fell in love! Michael was great at showing me lots of tips and tricks to make my driving experience more pleasurable with all the new technology, with which I was unfamiliar. I can't say I felt like a pro when I left, but certainly like an intermediate student with the tools I needed to learn the rest on my own! Everyone we encountered at the dealership was friendly and professional. The entire experience was unlike any other car purchasing experiences we have had where we felt pushed, or deceived, or felt like the dealer was playing strange numbers games. Everything was very straightforward and up front. We felt the price for the car was not only fair, but actually very competitive. Michael even gave us a tour of the garage where they were servicing vehicles - very modern and clean! It was very impressive. I will definitely be servicing my "new to me" vehicle at Crown when it's time.
