Not the best experience First car purchase. Salesperson knew very little about cars which was very odd to me and seemed very disinterested in helping me decide. Eventually fo First car purchase. Salesperson knew very little about cars which was very odd to me and seemed very disinterested in helping me decide. Eventually found a car that i loved and during the signing process the finance manager pretty much rushed me to sign documents and neglected to show me the price I would be paying after financing and interest. I thought I was paying one price but i'm actually paying more than anticipated which is definitely not cool. Every interaction I have had with these people has left a bad taste in my mouth and I really wish I had gone somewhere else due to the lack of customer service and sneaky finance managers. My first car buying experience has left me traumatized and I would definitely not recommend. More

Great service for a modern dealership! I would rate this dealer overall 4 1/2 stars if that was possible. The sales staff was very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way as much as they could to help me on a few issues that arose with the certified pre owned vehicle I bought. They gave me a pretty good deal and bent over backwards to make sure I was happy. Special shout outs to the sales manager, whose name escapes me right now. Also to my salesperson Jasmin who did a stupendous job. The only problem I had was with the finance dept, we had a small disagreement on a tax issue. I thought we had settled, it worked out there was some confusion about Westchester taxes. I owed a couple of dollars, I paid it no problem. The problem was the finance person did not handle it in a very professional manner. Overall a good clean transaction that went relatively easy. More
