He went above and beyond to make me happy. the sales manager was very nice also, and then another salesman named Anthony was great ! They spent time with me so I can learn my car . I'm still not 100% there yet but they told me to come back anytime and they will help me learn the new computer stuff . everybody there was super nice, t o m a was the finance woman, she was very nice also, everybody made me feel comfortable. No high pressure. I recommend family Kia, it was a pleasure doing business with them, everybody was very helpful and understanding and patient. More
