I normally abhor car shopping and interacting with automobile salesman, but my experience with Family Kia was exceptional. My sales person, Katrina, was very professional, friendly and seemed genuine automobile salesman, but my experience with Family Kia was exceptional. My sales person, Katrina, was very professional, friendly and seemed genuinely concerned that I got a good deal on the vehicle I ultimately ending up purchasing. I highly recommended Family KIA. More

Tristan was a great salesman and extremely helpful and didnt drag out the whole process. I am so happy with my new carnival. My only complaint is having to wait for the seat in the back to get fixed on a didnt drag out the whole process. I am so happy with my new carnival. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. Appreciated the no pressure approach, especially in the Finance Department where pressure to add options is very common.
