I purchased a used 2019 Kia Soul from Family Kia the car has had nothing but problems. The engine is now failing, but was excluded from the Class Action Settlement because the engine was 1.6 liter. I have called Family Kia numerous times and asked to speak to a manager. No return telephone calls. This dealership is absolutely no assistance once you completed the purchase.
