A No Win issue for me at first now appears to have been resolved by Mr. Halvorson. I believe it well-worth any consumer's time to review my 1st & 2nd Google Guide reviews. Caleb and Anthony were beyond knowledgable , attentive to us , honest , comforting and able to answer any and all questions we had . This was the best experience I have had in a major purchase such as this . us , honest , comforting and able to answer any and all questions we had . This was the best experience I have had in a major purchase such as this . We are very happy and the Dealer Mgr. was also fantastic .We have already been telling everyone about our great experience and showing them our car . Caleb was exceptional in his knowledge of the electronics and features of the car in explaining everything to us . He was very polite. We came to look at a Sportage and to sit in one and after spending time with Caleb and Tony we felt this was the car that suited our needs . They were never pushy , just informative and there for us . When someone knows their product as well as Caleb and Tony it makes things easy to understand . I believe that you hav a winning combination at Family Kia with Caleb and Tony and your staff . Thank you all again so much , we are very happy , Daniel and Susan Lynch. More
