We are writing to let you know about an outstanding employee. When we contacted your dealership, Anthony was both polite and quick with answers to any questions that we had. He then expanded on some of my questions and gave me greater detail into the car that I was interested in. We were on a tight timeframe to locate a good car and drove two hours to get to your dealership, which can be a harrowing experience not knowing whether the sales representative is being honest, or going to use bait and switch to get us to the dealership and possibly sell us a different car which has happened to me in the past. Anthony kept in touch with us during the drive over, getting us answers to a few questions and he did the same thing after we left. Anthony was very straightforward, honest and made the journey well worth it. Upon our arrival, he greeted us outside, waiting for us to arrive, which I thought was outstanding customer service. He then brought us in, went over all the different details. Anything, I asked that needed clarification, he immediately researched and got an answer for me from the smallest detail. When I inquired if the car had a spare tire or not he actually left the dealership, went outside and got under the car to make sure there was one there. There was a discrepancy between the options that came with the car on your website and the website that we used to locate your vehicle. Anthony was able to make us happy by giving us one of the items that were listed on the car site that we used to locate the car. We had forgotten to get car insurance before we got there and he went out of his way working with the team to secure car insurance for us so we could take the car home. That was truly a huge moment as it saved us from having to drive home and come back the next day. That alleviated quite a bit of stress for us. He explained the car in detail. He even went outside with us and showed us all the different features and how to go about setting them up the way we wanted them. Never have I dealt with a car dealership that was that thorough. We had a great time chatting with him, he made the car buying experience, probably for the first time in my life, actually comfortable and enjoyable. His in-depth knowledge of the Palisades and it’s competitors was obviously through great training under your guidance. Anthony has a great personality for a salesperson. He was very honest and to the point. When we inquired about features that I thought maybe we could add with the same price point he let me know that the car price was the car price that it was not negotiable and yet I didn’t feel like he was trying to pressure us. The conversation, was more of a give-and-take with honest verbiage back-and-forth. The entire experience in the dealership took approximately two hours which to us was a rather quick and enjoyable experience that continued on the ride home as he called us to check on things. He contacted me a few times in the ensuing days to see how everything is going with the car. For us, this is customer service above and beyond. We own our own business and know how important customer service We think you should be proud that you have someone of this outstanding quality working for you. No stone was left unturned, every detail was explained and his hard work was noticed this was why we choose to purchase a second vehicle with his assistance. He deserves more than 5 stars! Now let me say that if we would purchases a third vehicle it would only be with him. The dealership has some areas to work on and because of this i can only say they are woth two stars at the moment. The entire service department is a joke. Poor communication at all levels. We had a vehicle looked at for two issues. After dropping the vehicle off it took several days to here from the service department. When we had been contacted and informed that it would be at least 5 days before looking at the issues and could be another week before getting repairs done all because they were taking care of all the snowbirds that were heading back north. No loaners available no rush to assit a local customer that has responsibilities to get back and from work that uses the service department year around. After the repairs the vehicle was still not fixed. Called a few times and unfortunately, no response. Stopped by the dealership on a Friday to speak to a service advisor and was told that as soon as someone comes in to see the note on Monday they would arrage for a loaner and set up an appointment to have the vehicle repaired. Never was contacted. Left message that week. We are now still waiting for return calls. It has been over a month now. I can say that my wife and I are so disappointed with the poor customer service, lack of communication we are really considering purchasing our next car for our daughter else where. The only reason that may have us come back to the dealership to purchase would because we are loyal to Anthony Delisio and want him to be successful. More
