Out-of-state Buyer Review - Unable to drive the car for 18 days after purchase. I bought a used Lexus from Tamiami Hyundai/Genesis in July 2025 and had it delivered to Texas. I worked with Anthony Deli 18 days after purchase. I bought a used Lexus from Tamiami Hyundai/Genesis in July 2025 and had it delivered to Texas. I worked with Anthony Delisio and the Used Car Sales Manager, Dan, to get the deal done. I got a great car in great shape for a great price, but the after-sales support was horrible since it took 18 days to get the title after being told the title would be sent out overnight once the wire transfer cleared. Since I purchased the car from out of state and I was handling registration and taxes, the vehicle did not come with temporary plates. I had a car that was undrivable for 18 days after wiring the full payment of $20,000. Anthony - was great to work with and very responsive. Dan (Used Car Manager) - was average (gave me a great deal but failed to deliver after the sale). Ron (Finance) - Poor communication, lacks knowledge, and professionalism. Ron was slow to send paperwork for signatures, and was of zero help in getting the title after being directed to him for assistance by Dan. Shelia (Title Clerk) - Ultimately, the bad service I received was due to the title clerk not fulfilling the promises of the dealership to send the title overnight once funds cleared and not responding to my inquiries about the status. Overall, an average experience. It could've been much worse, but it could've been a lot better as well. More
