Buying my new car at Toyota of Lancaster was a good experience from beginning to end. Tony and Joseph were so professional, polite, and very patient. My husband and I have been buying our cars through Crown Toyota in Ontario, Ca for years and we only went to a certain salesperson. I was a patient. My husband and I have been buying our cars through Crown Toyota in Ontario, Ca for years and we only went to a certain salesperson. I was a little hesitant about going to Toyota Lancaster because of distance and the commitment we had with Steve at Crown. But after talking to Tony over the phone and the excellent service he provided we decided to give Toyota Lancaster a try. What I didn’t tell Tony was that my guy at Crown found out and was willing to match the price. But because Tony was Joseph was patient and had been working some magic. My husband and I decided to take the long drive. It was worth it!!! Everyone who was working with us from Tony, Joseph, and the Finance lady was so welcoming and professional. More
