My experience was the worst experience. I was told my vehicle was ready so I drove 556 miles to pick it up on February 24, 2024. Before I departed Northern California, I provided the sales representative with the information for the application. The time was approximately 12:30 p.m. Upon arrival to the dealership, the sales representative had already gone home for the day. I returned the following day to purchase the vehicle and the vehicle still needed to be cleaned and fine tuned. My complaints were the Crayola melted in the back passenger door in three places, the windshield wipers scraping, the tire treads were very low, the vehicle needed to be polished, the rear passenger side paint didn't match, the panoramic roof needed to be lubed and the Carplay/Appleplay needed to be installed. The sales guy said that they could drop $1k off the price of the vehicle for the tires and that I could bring the vehicle back to get all the other things attended to. Then I requested that the dealership only run my credit with Golden One Credit Union. They agreed, but weeks later I received proof they didn't keep their agreement and ran my credit with Wells Fargo and other institutions. On the day I purchased my vehicle, February 25th, I completed the proper paperwork, gave the $10k deposit and signed everything. A week later, Toyota of Lancaster phoned me and told me the bank would not finance the vehicle with the extended warranty terms as they were. They said that the price was extremely high for the amount of miles on the vehicle. Toyota agreed to drop the warranty price by $1700. The warranty products remained the same. Only the package was discounted. I told them that until I have my vehicle serviced properly I couldn't sign the paperwork. They requested that I return the car to their dealership 556 miles away. A week later 3returned the vehicle and was given a rental vehicle for the week since I had to return to Northern California, 556 mile for work. Four days later, I received a call from Joe, the internet manager that the vehicle was ready. The Carplay/Apple play was installed, the panoramic roof was lubed, the transmission and engine inspection was completed, the Crayola was removed, and the fender clip couldn't be replaced unless they replaced the whole bumper. I told Joe that I could return to pick up my vehicle on that Sunday. I arrived on that Saturday, a day before to return the rental and I received my vehicle, only to find out that the Crayola was removed. The panoramic roof was not properly lubed, the Carplay/Apple play was not installed, The transaction/ engine still don't run smoothly. I would not return to that dealership and I would like to speak to someone concerning the engine/transmission issue and the Carplay/ Apple play institution and other concerns. Thank you! More

I went into Toyota of Lancaster on January 31, 2024, and purchased a 2024 Rav4. It is a beautiful car. My issue is with the management departments. I had a couple of options added onto my car by accident th purchased a 2024 Rav4. It is a beautiful car. My issue is with the management departments. I had a couple of options added onto my car by accident that I decided that I did not want after all so I contacted my finance Manager, Ian Rybkin, and he refused to answer my emails or return my phone calls. I called several days and wrote him many emails, but he would not get back to me. I received a thank you letter from TOL with two business cards included. The first card I received was from Gladys Garcia, who is the TOL Customer Service Manager, so I contacted her to try and get my issues handled. She just pushed me off to someone else named Maricela. Maricela did handle one of my issues but stated that Ian would be into work at 1pm. that day and would contact me about my second issue. Ian never contacted me again. I decided that since I couldn't get anybody else to help me, I would contact the man on the second business card included in my letter, who is Geoff Yeager, whose title is GM/Partner. I wrote an extensive email to Geoff Yeager explaining everything that had happened and everyone I had dealt with and their refusal to help or contact me in any way. The GM/Partner of TOL has also decided to not contact me after two emails and a phone call to explain what has happened and how something so easy to fix has turned into such a disgrace and such a shame to have attached to your business. I have never been treated with such disrespect and just brushed under a rug like I don't matter, especially after spending $35,000. This is not much money to a lot of people but it is a lot of money to me but more than that it is the point of it. As far as Toyota of Lancaster is concerned, I would highly suggest traveling a little bit farther to a better dealership. I wish I had. More
