I was greeted immediately by Anthony on my arrival at the dealership. He asked what my needs were today and I explained that I was interested in seeing 3 different vehicles. He proceeded to show my wife and I all three cars but at no point did he pressure for a sale. Anthony answered all my questions and genuinely cared about our needs. I can't recommend Anthony enough. The finance gentleman was just as nice and didn't try to sell us extras that we didn't need. This is my 2nd Toyota and both have come from Phillips and I don't see myself going anywhere else in the future. The service department has been great as well. More
