He answered all our questions and even though he is a very young man was very knowledgeable and helpful with the car features and capabilities. Although we had discussed just "looking" we found the perfect fit for our situation and drive the car home last night! I am not a fan of car buying but from start to finish the process was painless. The finance manager. Mr. Pardo was also very professional and stayed well after closing to get the process completed. To us, Phillips has always been customer focused but in this situation under the leadership of their new General Manager Rob Jordan, Phillips exceeded our expectations. After contacting Phillips about our situation, Rob set the wheels in motion with his team of Tom Pardo, Finance, Michael Kuhn, Sales Manager and Bryan Perez. In three hours they were able to find another vehicle for us that more than met our satisfaction. From Ariana, to Jacky, to "Chick" and finally Tom, every single member of their team took my requests and brought them to fruition with joy. The dealership was over an hour from my home, but it was worth the drive from Tampa, bypassing dozens of other Toyota dealers for the deal and the experience I received here. I don't give many 5 star reviews, but when I do, I make sure others understand they are in a place they can trust to take care of them and remove STRESS from the equation!
