We arrived just before they were closing (summer hours) without realizing it. Gagan Bajwa was very welcoming and informative. He answered all our questions and even though he is a very young man was very knowledgeable and helpful with the car features and capabilities. Although we had discussed just "looking" we found the perfect fit for our situation and drive the car home last night! I am not a fan of car buying but from start to finish the process was painless. The finance manager. Mr. Pardo was also very professional and stayed well after closing to get the process completed. We will definitely use this dealership in the future. 8f ypu are in the market for an automobile definitely stop by! Ask for Gagan. You won't regret it! More

The sales department is very friendly and did not present the sales pressure many dealerships use. Our salesman explained why Toyota had the car I wanted. After driving it for a few weeks we realized our new car was not what we wanted for several reasons. To us, Phillips has always been customer focused but in this situation under the leadership of their new General Manager Rob Jordan, Phillips exceeded our expectations. After contacting Phillips about our situation, Rob set the wheels in motion with his team of Tom Pardo, Finance, Michael Kuhn, Sales Manager and Bryan Perez. In three hours they were able to find another vehicle for us that more than met our satisfaction. They were all extremely professional and laser focused on working with us to make sure we had a vehicle that met our needs. We can’t say enough positive things about Phillips and our experience. We could feel everyone we dealt with understood our situation as if they were walking in our shoes! More
