It could not have been a more pleasant experience if they were giving the cars away! If you have had to deal with Dealerships in the past, you can appreciate this statement. Experience, professionalism, knows the product. Mr. Hartley is going to do everything he can to help you get into a car you are absolutely going to love. As a first time buyer, he was patient and willing to explain all of the available options. I did not feel like I was being pushed into any decisions. After some talking with Anthony, and a test drive, I purchased the new Honda Pilot. Two hours (or less) later, I drove away in the car!! I 100% recommend Planet Honda. Because of his professionalism I introduced a friend to purchase a car at your facility. Anthony displayed the same professionalism on May 17th, 2014. After working with Anthony we were introduced to Levie Frank who also worked with us in a business and professional manner. These gentlemen know how to let you relax so that the negotiation process gets easy. It is good to know that Honda has these two men of high caliber working for them. The only time I got a deal that I DO NOT ever buy/lease a car from this Dealership I have been leasing cars from this Dealership for 20 years now. The only time I got a deal that I was truly satisfied was 3 years ago. Why I did not switch to some other dealership before - Lethargy! My recent experience was a new nadir in buying experience. The sales person simply handed me over to the sales manager who essentially lied through his teeth. I have this nature of trusting people unless proven otherwise. Their own Finance manager proved the sales manager wrong. Finally I paid about $150/month more to lease the car that I DID NOT want. While I should not have trusted these sleezy characters - they should not have lied so much. Now I am not only NEVER going to buy/lease cars for them but I have become an avid campaigner against them. A Very VERY VERY dissatisfied customer!! More

I had a great experience at Honda Planet with Anthony Hartley. Trading in my Civic for a CR-V was very easy and It went very quickly, paperwork did not take a long time and at the end of the trade i left Hartley.
