I am a first-time buyer. Anthony Hartley is amazing. He worked very well with me and tried his very best (successfully) to meet my goals. I originally arrived with an approved loan; however, Anthony suggested a deal that was A LOT better! Brian, in the finance department, did an outstanding job relaying all of the finances and services Honda will provide me. And Sal Lanuto, the sales manager, was attentive, warm, and welcoming. I will absolutely come here again when I purchase my next vehicle.I would recommend them to all of my friends and relatives. I am so happy with my brand new Honda Civic Lx, I got a great deal! Usually, I find the car buying experience a nightmare. Anthony made it much easier than expected. When we came to negotiating the price, I expressed that I did not want to go thru the "back and forth" process between salesman and manager. The managers at Planet Honda sit right out on the floor, not in a back office. Jay Morris, the sales manager, came right over and the three of us were able to quickly come to an agreement on a fair price. If you are in the market for a Honda give Planet Honda a try.
