This is my second transaction with Anthony Hartley and the experience is always outstanding. He takes the time to determine your needs and assess the best possible outcome for the customer. Prior to doing business with Anthony and Planet Honda, I wasn't too fond of the car buying sales experience. Pushy salesman, half baked numbers and car mumbo jumbo. Well I couldn't be happier of the total experience with this team. You walk out of there feeling like they worked to get you the best deal possible. Thank you Anthony, Jay and Planet Honda. More

I normally do not write reviews but the service that I have received time after time from Anthony Harley cannot be matched by anyone!! If you want a friendly, fair, and hassle free car buying experience y have received time after time from Anthony Harley cannot be matched by anyone!! If you want a friendly, fair, and hassle free car buying experience you need to meet with Anthony Hartley. Anthony is very personable, fair, and honest and this is the third car I have purchased from him in the last few years! His sales manager Jay Moris was able to address our additional needs quickly and we were able to come to a deal. I live closer to two other Honda dealers but will drive the extra 15 miles to see Anthony any day of the week!!! More

My lease was ending within a month, but I had been receiving phone calls from Kristen S (I believe that's the retention department). to see if I was interested in coming in to purchase a new vehicle, receiving phone calls from Kristen S (I believe that's the retention department). to see if I was interested in coming in to purchase a new vehicle, given my financial state and employment status, I didn't feel like I was financially prepared to come in to purchase. But I thank Kristen for not letting that discourage her from continuing to reach out if it wasn't for her more then likely I would still be driving my 2010 Civic, because I wouldn't have come in on my own, because I didn't think it was financially feasible at this time, but to my surprise I was wrong. Normally females are advised not to go alone when purchasing a vehicle, because of the falsehood that they would be taken advantage of and not given the best deal. However, I went alone, I knew what I wanted and the price range that was most comfortable for me, so needless to say I was/am EXTREMELY SATISFIED that I got what I wanted. Immediately I felt comfortable with the sales person Anthony I felt like he wanted to do all that he could to make my buying experience a Great, which he did. And then when I had to speak with Levie to discuss my options and finalize the paperwork it was like talking to a family friend. They were both great and I would highly recommend anyone who plans on purchasing at Planet Honda to personally request Anthony and Levie to work with. I do not regret for one second going to purchase a vehicle, as a female, alone. Lastly, thanks so much Kristen.... Keep up the Excellent customer service Planet Honda!!! More

I visited planet Honda on July 5 to do a rebate service call on my Honda odyssey and Anthony was very courteous in showing me where to go. He also convinced me to trade in my odyssey and purchase a CRV wh call on my Honda odyssey and Anthony was very courteous in showing me where to go. Anthony was a straight forward Man and got right to the point, which I liked because I like to get right to the point. He was understanding to the fact that I had my son with me at the time of purchase, so point, which I liked because I like to get right to the point. He was understanding to the fact that I had my son with me at the time of purchase, so he didn't drag out the process and I appreciated that consideration. Anthony worked with me and made sure I left with a payment I was comfortable paying and with a GREAT car!!!! It was truly a pleasure working him and I thank him! I love my car!! More

Firstly i would like to say that it what made this the worst day is because the news that I find out going along after my purchase. Firstly I lease a 2013 Honda Accord, decided to have a change of heart a worst day is because the news that I find out going along after my purchase. Firstly I lease a 2013 Honda Accord, decided to have a change of heart about the car took of 3 different days of working trying to return it including a trip back the same day i purchased it still a no go courtesy of Mr.Frank. Overall dissatisfaction with the car was basically that its costing $656 a month for a leased vehicle. But that's not the only thing so after numerous attempts of trying to give the car back before I started driving it I was promised to come back in 4 months and he'd put me into something different thats lower in payments by Mr.Morris whom stated "I don't sells cars I sell referrals" guess it suppose to be a customer satisfaction statement. Of course I asked for it in writing that was a no also. Few months elapse I begin to coop with my payments for a vehicle that's not worth $656 a month and here comes another surprise which Mr.Morris, Mr.Hartley whom added the car to my insurance with the Geico rep on the phone, and Mr.Levi failed to mention the coverage required which would have made me instantly deny the offer had I known but hey i guess they saw a young kid that doesn't read anything I must admit I was and I didn't read anything but regardless as stated by a Honda Financial rep they were suppose to mention what type of coverage I must have but it wasn't nor were they suppose to let me drive off the lot with the coverage I had but long story short. Now my insurance is $1000 a month I'm ecstatic about that. Then I finally decide to read my contract as of a few days ago to find out that as stated in the contract both parties are suppose to be allowed 24 hours before signing these documents which I was hardly given in which 24 hours states to me that there had to been some type of remorse period which they didn't allow me to return the vehicle the same day because of greed. Overall this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership and now I'm stuck in paying $1656 a month just for a car. I've tried several times of communicating with Mr.Morris before i realized that his promise was as dead as a fish out of water. More
