In good hands I recently purchased my second older vehicle from Auto Aves. Older As-Is vehicles can require a little more love (work), but the service dept has alw I recently purchased my second older vehicle from Auto Aves. Older As-Is vehicles can require a little more love (work), but the service dept has always taken care of me and the vehicle. One time a tech fixed a wiring "injury" that wasn't suppose to be fixable, saving me a $1000 replacement. Somewhere along the line I found myself looking forward to coming in and waiting during routine oil changes. It just feels like everyone I've dealt with is looking out for me. My dad's a car guy, works for a parts warehouse, and knows a lot of dealerships and mechanics in town. From what I tell him about my experience with Auto Avenues, he believes I'm in good hands, fortunate to have them. And no one cares if I'm in good hands quite like my dad. More

Car service way too long Normally, my brother takes the car in for regular maintenance and receives great service. I took the car in for back break light and interior light ch Normally, my brother takes the car in for regular maintenance and receives great service. I took the car in for back break light and interior light changes. This took over 2 1/2 hours. That is not acceptable. Anthony mentioned several people came in without reservations. I guess I made the mistake of making a reservation. Perhaps it would have been quicker service. Plus the hefty fee of $90 for changing out 2 lights. The interior light cost more! Huh??? More

Great car buying experience! My wife and I were searching for our first car together. Duane was the main employee that we worked with and he was great! We came in a few times and My wife and I were searching for our first car together. Duane was the main employee that we worked with and he was great! We came in a few times and each time he was patient with us as we looked at several different cars. He really lived up to the company's goal of a no hassle experience and even offered to come in on his day off to help us out. He really just wanted us to be happy and find the right car. Mary, Scott, CJ, Anthony, and all receptionists also helped make it a great experience. We will definitely be back to Automotive Avenues in the future. More
