Spent most of the day at the dealership with my daughter and 2 grand daughters (one of them being a rambunctious 4 year old) who is very outgoing. She made friends with everyone on the sales floor, who took the time to make her happy. Needless to say, I drove my new car home at the end of the day with a huge smile on my face. Great Job Szott Ford employees! You are all the best and I will recommend your dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle! More

Zombie, unresponsive post sale administrative service As Ohio resident I purchased a used 2016 Ford SHO at good price. The transaction was arranged and agreed by phone, so I expected paperwork to take an As Ohio resident I purchased a used 2016 Ford SHO at good price. The transaction was arranged and agreed by phone, so I expected paperwork to take an hour or less. They shuffled papers until near closing time so I was there from 3 to 7:30. The paperwork was still not done, so I drove home on my old OH plates and they FedExed some paperwork in a couple of days. Documents supporting purchase of Road Hazard and Loss of Key insurance was missing and in two weeks and a dozen phone calls I am not able to get the Szott staff to even return a phone call made to Salesman Cory, Finance Guy Anthony or Nick Riley. Unresponsive, zombie staff. Do not buy from these folks. Updating Review Within ten minutes of this review being posted, Anthony called me. Within the hour Anthony emailed me copies of the missing documents. Thank you Anthony. More

Cory Mar Cory was excellent. I'm a no BS'er and he dealt with me accordingly. I told him what I was looking for and for what price and he heard me out. Yes, I Cory was excellent. I'm a no BS'er and he dealt with me accordingly. I told him what I was looking for and for what price and he heard me out. Yes, I had the exact pickup in mind, but he wasn't pushy by any means. Never got a hint of used car salesman from him and I'd recommend him to anyone and will probably look to purchase from him going forward - no matter my at-the-time present location. Anthony was superb with the financing as well...didn't reach my goal, but based on where I was at financially, and I knew ahead of time, it wasn't financially feasible - he still got me close. I'll prob refinance in a year, but no problem - and they'll help me do it if push comes to shove. Adam was the first guy I talked to about potentially leasing a car. He was very helpful as well. Cory took over and introduced me to Don (during Cory's off day) - all in all, everyone I talked to was very warm and welcoming and didn't push me to make a sale. Back to Cory, he gave me several contacts to use going forward should I want to upgrade my pickup in any way, gave me his cell and I should probably mention, made himself readily available during his day off (don't use this as an excuse to interrupt a day on the lake fishing or to use his cell - disclaimer). If you have any particular questions relating to trust, feel free to call the dealership and ask for my cell number.
