Adam was the first to respond to my various dealers request for help. As a result of his efforts and assistance we bought a new 2015 he had left over that met our needs perfectly. We worked out the deal and my wife and I picked it up the next day. The 400 mile drive over terrible roads in Michigan were worth it. Adam was in class when we arrived but showed up soon after our arrival. In the interim we were treated well and felt so welcome by others, especially Stacie and Anthony, at the dealership. GREAT Experience Working With Szott Ford!!!! Just bought a 2016 Ford Fusion Hybrid from Szott Ford in Holly. Worked with Dan Kittle and would recommend him again in a heartbeat! Such a good expe Just bought a 2016 Ford Fusion Hybrid from Szott Ford in Holly. Worked with Dan Kittle and would recommend him again in a heartbeat! Such a good experience with a super knowledgeable salesperson. In this case we had a friends and family coupon (which does help financially). Dan found us a car at another dealership after sending us many options and financial considerations, that met our needs. He didn't stop after a few models that either had things we didn't need or that were above our budget. From the time we found one that fit, we were walking out the door in less than 24 hours with a new car! Total time 3 days! FYI - we did interact with several other sales people who, from our interactions, were also super pleasant and answered and friendly during wait times for paperwork. I also liked that fact that, yes he wanted to sell us something off the lot (duh!) but didn't stop when our needs didn't fit what he had available! Thank you Szott Ford and Dan the rest of the staff! I met Stacie Bright, whom is now my go to Car Saleswoman. She made it so easy for me to feel comfortable with the car buying process. She literally made me feel as comfortable as possible, no pressure just being helpful and she had the knowledge with out any hesitation. I am going to be recommending anyone to not only shop Szott Dealerships but hands down give Szott Ford a try and ask for Stacie. I have to also say that the other sales people and workers there were very genuine and kind. Back in 2010 when I purchased my Focus I had bought it through Anthony whom now is working in finance. He ending up helping me with my recent 2015 Focus and I was able to get excellent financing with Ford! I am beyond happy and feel like I won the lottery. After I signed and was ready to leave Stacie went to give me a handshake goodbye and I asked if I could hug her. That is the type of relationship that was formed for me. I really feel great and confident about my decision thanks to Anthony and Stacie! Thank you again. More

The team of Dave Baldini, salegirl in training Cierra, Chris Boan and Anthony Ketchum really made my need to buy a car an easy transition. Needless to say I unexpected drove away in a 2014 Focus Titanium Hatchback which will allow for me to continue to travel efficiently. Also informative was Bill Groff in the service department and Jordan in the Accessory department. Overall the global environment of Szott Ford really made my day and would recommend anyone to check out their lot. More
