We went through all my options, new, lease, and used, to find a car not only right for me and my needs, but within what I could afford. Got a fair price for my trade, some additional rebates, a sweet Labor Day finance deal through Ford (0%, 72 months). She made it idiot proof. Suffice it to say that I'm now driving my first ever Ford, and the car is awesome. Renee is even more awesome, and just a wee wisp of a woman. Living large while standing 5-feet tall. That's Renee's motto, and if it isn't it should be. More

Adam was the first to respond to my various dealers request for help. As a result of his efforts and assistance we bought a new 2015 he had left over that met our needs perfectly. We worked out the deal and my wife and I picked it up the next day. The 400 mile drive over terrible roads in Michigan were worth it. Adam was in class when we arrived but showed up soon after our arrival. In the interim we were treated well and felt so welcome by others, especially Stacie and Anthony, at the dealership. GREAT Experience Working With Szott Ford!!!! Just bought a 2016 Ford Fusion Hybrid from Szott Ford in Holly. Worked with Dan Kittle and would recommend him again in a heartbeat! Such a good expe Just bought a 2016 Ford Fusion Hybrid from Szott Ford in Holly. Worked with Dan Kittle and would recommend him again in a heartbeat! Such a good experience with a super knowledgeable salesperson. In this case we had a friends and family coupon (which does help financially). Dan found us a car at another dealership after sending us many options and financial considerations, that met our needs. He didn't stop after a few models that either had things we didn't need or that were above our budget. From the time we found one that fit, we were walking out the door in less than 24 hours with a new car! Total time 3 days! FYI - we did interact with several other sales people who, from our interactions, were also super pleasant and answered and friendly during wait times for paperwork. I also liked that fact that, yes he wanted to sell us something off the lot (duh!) but didn't stop when our needs didn't fit what he had available! Thank you Szott Ford and Dan the rest of the staff!
