My recent experience purchasing a new 2014 F-150 from Clay Rowland at Szott Ford was probably the best automotive purchasing experience I've ever had. Clay was quick to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the different features and options available on the various F-150 models which is very impressive as there are a lot of them! Both Clay and Anthony Ketchum (the Finance Manager) were very personable and worked hard to get me a deal that was a win-win for both sides. And because of my work schedule, Clay delivered my new truck 25 miles to my door the following day! It was a great experience and I will certainly be coming back to the two of them for my next vehicle purchase. I highly recommend Clay and Anthony and Szott Ford. More

But Dave Baldini was so helpful, and able to give us such a great deal, that I had to change my mind. I was looking to trade in my Mini Cooper for an SUV with some more room and (fingers crossed) a lower payment. Dave had kept in touch with my husband and I via email, letting us know that the 2014 Edges would be our absolute best bet. We went in on a Wednesday evening, just to see if I even liked how it drove. I loved it, and when Dave was able to work with us on the price of our trade in and the price of our monthly lease, we signed that night. And Anthony in Financing was honest with us when it came to service upgrades, etc. I felt no pressure to buy whatsoever. I only felt that Dave was sincerely working to get us the best deal he possibly could. I am in love with my new Edge, and am looking forward to working with Dave and Szott Ford for years to come! We had bought from Szott before and always been treated well and wanted to continue that relationship as well. We were not disappointed. In fact the services and attention we received from the staff there (Clay and Anthony) superceded any we had experienced prior (hard to do). They found the exact model and color she wanted in Ohio and had it shipped here in 24 hours time and delivered it clean ready and gave a great tutorial on how to use some of the new and intimidating electronic features for us older folks.
