I met Stacie Bright, whom is now my go to Car Saleswoman. She made it so easy for me to feel comfortable with the car buying process. She literally made me feel as comfortable as possible, no pressure just being helpful and she had the knowledge with out any hesitation. I am going to be recommending anyone to not only shop Szott Dealerships but hands down give Szott Ford a try and ask for Stacie. I have to also say that the other sales people and workers there were very genuine and kind. Back in 2010 when I purchased my Focus I had bought it through Anthony whom now is working in finance. He ending up helping me with my recent 2015 Focus and I was able to get excellent financing with Ford! I am beyond happy and feel like I won the lottery. After I signed and was ready to leave Stacie went to give me a handshake goodbye and I asked if I could hug her. That is the type of relationship that was formed for me. I really feel great and confident about my decision thanks to Anthony and Stacie! Thank you again. More

The team of Dave Baldini, salegirl in training Cierra, Chris Boan and Anthony Ketchum really made my need to buy a car an easy transition. Needless to say I unexpected drove away in a 2014 Focus Titanium Hatchback which will allow for me to continue to travel efficiently. Also informative was Bill Groff in the service department and Jordan in the Accessory department. Clay was quick to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the different features and options available on the various F-150 models which is very impressive as there are a lot of them! Both Clay and Anthony Ketchum (the Finance Manager) were very personable and worked hard to get me a deal that was a win-win for both sides. And because of my work schedule, Clay delivered my new truck 25 miles to my door the following day! It was a great experience and I will certainly be coming back to the two of them for my next vehicle purchase. I highly recommend Clay and Anthony and Szott Ford. More

But Dave Baldini was so helpful, and able to give us such a great deal, that I had to change my mind. I was looking to trade in my Mini Cooper for an SUV with some more room and (fingers crossed) a lower payment. Dave had kept in touch with my husband and I via email, letting us know that the 2014 Edges would be our absolute best bet. We went in on a Wednesday evening, just to see if I even liked how it drove. I loved it, and when Dave was able to work with us on the price of our trade in and the price of our monthly lease, we signed that night. And Anthony in Financing was honest with us when it came to service upgrades, etc. I felt no pressure to buy whatsoever. I only felt that Dave was sincerely working to get us the best deal he possibly could. I am in love with my new Edge, and am looking forward to working with Dave and Szott Ford for years to come!
