We had bought from Szott before and always been treated well and wanted to continue that relationship as well. We were not disappointed. In fact the services and attention we received from the staff there (Clay and Anthony) superceded any we had experienced prior (hard to do). They found the exact model and color she wanted in Ohio and had it shipped here in 24 hours time and delivered it clean ready and gave a great tutorial on how to use some of the new and intimidating electronic features for us older folks.
