My overall experience at Szott Ford can only be described as "AWESOME".!! Along with Finance Manager, Anthony Ketchum, neither made me feel as though they were out to quote "just make a sale". There was none of the "shady, pushy" salesperson vibe going on at all!! When I came in to sign the paperwork Dan Kittle assisted me. He was very friendly and easy to talk to as we were waiting for the car to get ready. The service department is also very helpful. Everyone that I have encountered at Szott Ford is very friendly. Everyone is willing to help in any way they can. I will never go anywhere else for my vehicle needs! Dealing with Anthony was by far our best experience at any dealership. I came from dealing with 2 Chevy and another ford dealer. Anthony's customer service made me a customer for life. I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Taurus and leased a 2013 F150 from Szott Ford. I had never been to Szott prior to this particular visit, but after a very bad experience at Lasco Ford in Fenton; I was in the F150 from Szott Ford. I had never been to Szott prior to this particular visit, but after a very bad experience at Lasco Ford in Fenton; I was in the market for a new dealership. Tom Ryan has been my salesman for several years at Lasco and when he left, my service left with him. I had purchased or leased 5 vehicles from Lasco in the past. I found Szott Ford to be very friendly and most helpful from the initial "hello" to the time Tom and the finance manager were helping me put the deal together for the two vehicles. My wife and I were made to feel very comfortable and informed during the entire process. There was no pressure and none of the long waiting and sometimes over done sales pitches.
