Anthony was professional, patient, and very helpful from start to finish. He answered my questions clearly, helped me feel comfortable with the vehicle, and never made the experience feel rushed or pressured. I really appreciated his honesty and the way he took the time to make sure everything made sense. I also want to give a special thanks to Francisco in management for helping make the process easier and making sure I was taken care of, Terry in financing for helping explain everything clearly, and Candi, who was the first person I spoke with. Anthony and Francesco were excellent along with the gentleman who did the financing paperwork with us. Only isssue is 2 days after buying the vehicle the armrest completely fell off the captains chair gentleman who did the financing paperwork with us. Only isssue is 2 days after buying the vehicle the armrest completely fell off the captains chair in the second row then come to find out while I’m working on trying to fix that the rear passenger seat doesn’t move forward or back and is completely stuck. Good experience but check the vehicle thoroughly as I wish I would have noticed this. More

I've always received friendly efficient service here. Communication is excellent, too. I am very happy with my experience trading in my 2019 Impreza for a brand new 2026 Crosstrek Wilderness (with which Communication is excellent, too. I am very happy with my experience trading in my 2019 Impreza for a brand new 2026 Crosstrek Wilderness (with which I am IN LOVE!!). I never felt pressured and everyone I worked with throughout the deal assured me that they would make the process as easy as possible, and they did. This dealership is almost 20 miles from my home but I have always been so impressed with everyone there that I won't even consider switching to the dealership that's much closer. Ganley's worth the drive. More
