My wife and I spent hours researching what mid-size SUV would work best for our family. After determining that this vehicle was a new 2023 AWD Traverse, we were looking for the best pricing...after hours o would work best for our family. After determining that this vehicle was a new 2023 AWD Traverse, we were looking for the best pricing...after hours of research we found the largest dealership in Florida offering the best pricing... unfortunately, that dealership had several rebates baked into the final pricing and then included some after-dealer add-ons that brought the cost of the 2023 Traverse above local dealer's prices. The dealer we found to be most helpful was Phillips Chevrolet out of Frankfort IL. We worked with our new favorite salesperson, Steve Sorenson, who offered us nothing short of professionalism, efficiency, honesty, and care during the entire sales process. My wife and I both work full-time jobs and have 3 kids going in several directions.. so the dealer experience had to be exact. I had a few conversations with Steve over the phone and he executed the deal exactly as we had scripted over the phone. Steve made the trade-in process easy and fair, giving me good value for our trade-in. Ryan Gates (Finance Manager) was wonderful and so dang efficient with the paperwork. Anthony McAuley found the best financing for us through GM at 3.9%. The whole team did us well. We walked away happy with our new 2023 Traverse and loved the whole experience. Kudos to Phillips Chevy Team who made us feel like family. More
