Well it started out just fine. The sales department was great. Chris was my sales person and he was very helpful professional. Also, his manager who helped out with the numbers was great. (I forgot his name.). Now I know when you buy a used vehicle it’s as is unless you purchase an extended warranty. After having the Ford edge for only two weeks, the sunroof messed up. I couldn’t close it. I called Cris. He said to bring it by. We went to the service department and I must say this is where the dealership is failing the service department is dragging the dealership down. They tried to help me close it. They had to force it closed. They put a big piece of saran wrap over it so it wouldn’t leak and sent me on my way. They had no intention of doing anything for me on that Sunroof I later found out that it was going cost me $2000 to get it fixed and they weren’t going to do it because they said they don’t work on Fords.?? Okay.. I called Cris again to find out what I could get done he said why don’t you make an appointment with the service department and come back so they can really look at it. But that I needed to wait until they had a loaner vehicle and that was a list a couple of weeks long. I think they were just trying to appease me for the meantime. After having the vehicle for about 1 1/2 to 2 months I finally decided to call the Sunroof Repair shop and have it fixed. They were giving me a quote of 850 to get it fixed, which was a good deal. The guy came out worked on it a little bit. He told me that the frame was messed up and one piece of frame is $125 and I think there’s six pieces.. because Ford wants you to buy their parts and charge you an arm and a leg to get something fixed a sunroof that was made by Ford with cheap parts that are notoriously breaking on the panoramic sunroof. So they get you when you buy it. They also get you when it messes up because you have to buy their parts. (they will get a long letter from me.) so the guy told me when they were forcing the Sunroof closed. He sure that that’s probably what messed up the frame. Such a disappointment with the service department and with the general manager, who was not willing to help me at all, he said he would maybe chip in $200 of it. I do understand you can’t just be giving out money to whatever customers have a problem, I get that. When you’re in the Customer service business though like anything sales, you always want to try to do the best you can. I am a manager and if it would’ve been my dealership that I was managing, I would’ve offered half of it. I just think having a good repeat customer is worth more than $1800. I do love my Ford Edge though🙂 More

I’m beyond impressed with the team at Beck & Masten! I was searching for a very specific vehicle, and when I saw that Beck & Masten didn’t have it on their lot, I started working with a competitor. After a lot of frustrating back and forth and no deal in sight, I got a message out of the blue from Orlando Pasasin at Beck & Masten — they had found exactly what I was looking for. But not just that — the vehicle had a better package and came in at a better price than the competitor ever offered. No haggling. No games. Orlando came in with their best offer right away, and it absolutely blew the competition out of the water. I made an appointment for the next day to seal the deal. Worst service department I’ve ever dealt with this is this second time I’ve had to deal with the horrible service from them got my vehicle January 2024 march 2024 had to take it back to get major engine this second time I’ve had to deal with the horrible service from them got my vehicle January 2024 march 2024 had to take it back to get major engine work done that took them 2 weeks saying they were waiting for parts to come. Fast forward February 2025 not even a year later same issue again dropped it off February 17th didn’t get my vehicle back until march 30th. Service advisor Rocio had horrible communication skills constantly having to call and try to get updates on what was going on with my vehicle no answer from advisor no call back after leaving message after message having to call and speak with different managers and other advisors only getting excuse after excuse as to why it’s taking so long and when I finally did hear from my advisor it was always a text message until I had to tell her not to text me about my vehicle anymore call me like a normal person. Tried to get a loaner because that was included in my warranty only excuses about no cars and this and that about a wait list but you’re working on my vehicle. Finally a week before the engine is replaced I get a loaner car which they said they would cover but when I drop it back off I get charged $244. After the 1st time I would have never went back but the warranty company told me since they did the 1st repair I had to take it back to them but after this time I would never go back to beck and masten south service department not even for and oil change worst customer service I’ve ever experienced More
