My son was interested in test driving a specific BMW. We decided on Circle BMW and made the trip together with my husband. Upon arrival, and almost immediately, we felt welcomed. We also felt no sense of pressure that one might find regularly in car dealerships - especially at the start of a potential sale. We spoke with Charles Catania. He was not only friendly and personable, but he was very thorough with explaining some details of the car that my son was interested in seeing and test driving. When we discussed the money part, It wasn't an endless back and forth - it was quick and painless. Needless to say, we returned the next day because my son liked the details of the deal presented to him, and he signed on the dotted line. During this time, I started to explore some models on my phone. I asked the salesman, Charles Catania, if he could help me and find out if any of the models were on property at the dealership. While Charles helped me, my son and husband were with the finance manager, Anthony Paparella. Anthony was also so personable. It didn't feel like the typical haggling back and forth that we have experienced at this point in a car sale. We talked about our families and such. While my son and husband worked through the details of the finance part, I test drove the model that I liked. Charles was attentive to my questions as I drove around. Once again, I felt no sense of pressure to purchase the vehicle. We pulled back up to the dealership, and we went about making this a second deal. This experience was absolutely the way everyone should experience car dealerships. We felt cared about, we felt that our needs and concerns were addressed, we felt like we both got a good deal, and most importantly, we didn't feel pressured. On a funny note, the area for guests was amazing. My husband and I had a cappuccino, and the snacks were wonderful, too. Circle BMW - and specially Charles Catania and Anthony Paparella- made our purchases of 2 BMWs absolutely phenomenal. Both of the employees should be commended for their great work. Thank you. More
