Terrible dealership all in general. As far as sales, they low ball you on your trade-in compared to KBB value and mark up value on vehicles compared to KBB fair purchase value. Another local BMW dealership (Otto’s BMW West Chester, PA), offered me $6,000 in difference more for my trade-in!!! Don’t forget, the car I was planning on trading in is still a BMW! Yet, they are both BMW DEALERSHIPS?? I had my car in for typical maintenance service, hoping to work a deal out for a used vehicle (SUV) they had on there lot. Service advisor, Eric was not the friendliest of all either but my salesman, Anthony was helpful as far as presenting the vehicle to me and trying to work a sale out (beens not his fault; sales managers fault). I will not be servicing my vehicle or any future vehicle here at this dealership ever again and will give my business as far as sales to another dealership that knows what the true value of the car is worth. More
