I searched for a vehicle online via the user friendly website, and once I found one I wanted to test drive, I scheduled an appointment online. The next morning, a salesperson Thomas P reached out to me a gave me clear instructions for what I needed to bring with me to the test drive. When I arrived, the vehicle was ready to be driven. Upon deciding to purchase the truck, the rest of the process went very smoothly. I traded in my truck and was extremely pleased with a top dollar offer. After receiving offers from multiple lenders, I signed the paperwork and the process was done. I wasn’t able to schedule a test drive until 4:99 pm on a Friday, but they stayed open until my paperwork was finished. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service, especially Thomas P, from Luther Brookdale Buick, I will definitely be back for my next automobile purchase. Thank you! More

Steve was amazing! He went over what we wanted in a car and had 2 ready and waiting for us. When my daughter wanted to try a different make and model for comparison he had one on the lot and pulled it up f and had 2 ready and waiting for us.
