My Sales representative that Lawton CDJR was Alex Hadley. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no pressure whatsoever only a friendly discussion of my new vehicle requirements and budget consid Hadley. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no pressure whatsoever only a friendly discussion of my new vehicle requirements and budget considerations. Alex explain the various ram options available to meet my needs but by the time we finished he told me that he didn’t have a vehicle in his inventory like that at that moment. However after a couple of tedious hours with his sales manager they located my vehicle some 400 miles away at another dealership in Texas. The next morning Alex drove some 800 miles to pick up my ram truck and bring it back to Lawton.. He finished off his outstanding service by working the next morning, His day off to make sure my vehicle was ready for delivery. Chris Hendrix followed up with his superb explanation of the financial aspects of buying a new vehicle and financing. B On a final note, It was readily apparent that Anthony Santiago Is, in addition to a fine manager,a Transformational leader as evidenced by the smooth overall operation of his entire organization in a difficult Covid environment More

I have taken my 2017Jeep cherokee up there multiple times for for weird noises from my drive tr Just RUN the other way. This place is beyond shady. I have taken my 2017Jeep cherokee up there multiple times for for weird noises from my drive train. Only to be told no issues. Finally my rear axles started spinning grease everywhere. I bring it in to get it fixed. To be told I'm out of warranty. I tell them per their website and my owners manual, I have a drive train warranty till 60,000miles. They responded that even though thats true, that "Chrysler, Jeep, and Dodge" doesn't count it as drivetrain unless fluids touch it. Such as certain areas of the motor or the transmission. They said I would have to pay over $1,400 to fix it. Funny thing is I brought my jeep to Florida to get it fixed....seems like it was intact covered under warranty. You want work done go somewhere else! If their service department is this bad. I wonder how shady their sales? More
