Salemen are great! Kind, friendly and approachable. However, the finance managers are too aggressive. Never tell a customer (specially a repeat customer) that is is your way and that is it. This dealership is my favorite. I got my car here about 3 years ago, and moved to Dallas 2 years ago... I will literally drive all the way back to Lawton from Texas just to get my car serviced here. I’ve taken my car into the shop for an alignment 3-4 times in just the past few months. And it never gets fixed. One employee said it was because of the way I drove.
