Several delays and excuses for why my truck was not repaired in the time frame given. My truck stayed at the dealership for a month to replace the oil pump and engine mounts. When I ask the service tec repaired in the time frame given. My truck stayed at the dealership for a month to replace the oil pump and engine mounts. When I ask the service technician why it was taking so long he told me they were awaiting parts to come. Then I found out the part has been in for a week. Poor customer service and leadership in the service department. I ask to talk to the technician since he was the one determining when he felt like fixing my truck. My truck still had the vibration that the engine mounts was supposed to fix. I was told that it’s not unusual that vehicles stay in their shop for a month or two. I will never bring my truck back to this dealership. More
