He also took the time to introduce me to Anthony in the Service Department so I had a familiar face for future routine maintenance. Kyle, in the finance department, was also nice to work with and made the financing process fast and easy. Five Star Experience My 76 year old Mom wanted to replace her VW Passat which she originally purchased from the Dean Team in 2009. She was adamant about purchasing again f My 76 year old Mom wanted to replace her VW Passat which she originally purchased from the Dean Team in 2009. She was adamant about purchasing again from Dean because she has enjoyed such great and honest service there over the years. She is always treated with respect and is well taken care of by Anthony in the service department. Anthony referred my Mom to Reese Gayden in sales for her new car. Reese was super pleasant to deal with. I reside out of state but wanted to help my Mom with her purchase. Reese totally understood. He communicated with me via text so that we could make sure that my Mom got exactly what she wanted and needed. I must say that Reese surpassed both of our expectations. He was extremely well informed, patient and and went above and beyond to ensure that my Mom was more than satisfied. I now totally understand why she wouldn't think of buying anywhere else. Just an EXCELLENT experience for her at Dean yet again. More

Great working with Reece Gayden Reece never gave up on trying to get me a new car deal. I had a bad experience with my new GTI 2015. No one at the dean team could fix the problem a Reece never gave up on trying to get me a new car deal. I had a bad experience with my new GTI 2015. No one at the dean team could fix the problem after two months being in the shop. Reece knew I liked the GTI as I had a 2006 model I traded in last year so I knew the car. He didn't let this bad experience go. I walked away one time and sure enough, the next night I had a call from him wanting to get a deal worked out. He kept plugging away for me with a smile and a good word even though I probably wasn't the happiest with How VW handled my 2015 GTI. I have to say, Reece was a great experience and if I do buy another car, I hope that sales person is like him! More
