Kat was my salesperson, and epitomized attentiveness and professionalism. I especially appreciated that she was respectful of a solo older female and negotiated with me without the high pressure tactics I' professionalism. I especially appreciated that she was respectful of a solo older female and negotiated with me without the high pressure tactics I've experienced over the years. Having just left a different dealership down the road after a salesman talked over my concerns about a defect in a car I'd driven, I went to Dean Team Kirkwood and ended up buying from this dealership for the second time. Their previous history with me and her straightforwardness were why I sealed the deal. And I'm still happy with it, a year later. This dealership has been wonderful to work with over the years, and not just for sales. For routine service matters and an item that needed attention right after the sale, this service department beats all I've worked with in over 30 years of buying cars. Dean Team of Kirkwood will be my first stop when I next need a car. More

Nick was top notch from the start. We went through several rounds attempting to make a deal and I never felt pressured. I made the choice that I wanted. Over the years we have bought about 6 cars from Dave at DeanTeam. Dave has been super patient with scattered demands of my imagined ‘perfect car’. The last car I bought, a Tiguan, Dave begged me to test dr DeanTeam. Dave has been super patient with scattered demands of my imagined ‘perfect car’. The last car I bought, a Tiguan, Dave begged me to test drive, but I was sure, it wasn’t for me! After months of searching, I gave in, I test drove the Tiguan… Ha!! Who knew, it was my ‘perfect car’? Dave did! I just texted him the other day, thanking him again, because I was joyously driving my Tiguan :) P.S. Service Dept. at DeanTeam is awesome too! More
