Held my keys hostage when asked for them back. Told me Gap insurance would be covered... Wasn't. Asked multiple times if my amount financed was $35,500 (est), when I got into finance it was $40,00 Told me Gap insurance would be covered... Wasn't. Asked multiple times if my amount financed was $35,500 (est), when I got into finance it was $40,000. Had to take 3hrs off work to get 2nd key which I was told they would come to my house. That was no. And then the key guy only gave me options from 9a to 3p, Monday to Friday. I work for a living. Now I have 3 USBs out of 4 that doesn't work. Was told to call service who pushed me to seller adviser and she doesn't work weekends. Will take me another 3hrs to get that fixed since I live an hour away. Nothing has been easy. More

The worst vehicle buying experience ever. I purchased two new trucks from Elder Ford the electronic paperwork on both vehicles did not match the written agreement to purchase. The purchase p I purchased two new trucks from Elder Ford the electronic paperwork on both vehicles did not match the written agreement to purchase. The purchase price on both was different (higher) than the agreed price by thousands of dollars, the dealer added a $3000 dollar maintenance to both vehicles even though I clearly declined it on both trucks and provided nothing documenting what this unwanted maintenance would be. The finance guy Santiago said his printer was down and could not give me a copy of paperwork and was unable to provide any documents to support the purchase. When advised that nothing matched the purchase prices or deals offered, I was assured that things would be corrected by Anthony Serrano who now, weeks later has actually not done anything and doesn’t return communication. Purchases prices don’t match Down payments don’t match Payments don’t match And the finance guy has added $6000 total dollars in maintenance to two vehicles against my wishes. This is all easily resolved and documented in writing. It’s over $8500 in error to the dealership’s benefit. It’s been over a month since purchase and these people aren’t willing to fix this. Buyer beware. Something is very wrong here. Shady Shady Shady! Very disappointing. I’ve bought a lot of vehicles and this is by far the worst!! More

The service center may be OK but your customer service is terrible. I have called and spoke to somebody three times asking for a callback never getting it. I doubt if you’ll ever see me in your service cente terrible. I have called and spoke to somebody three times asking for a callback never getting it. Would never buy another car from ford. . First time I was in there wasn't given no paperwork on anything wasn't told the payment or nothing and come to find out. There was a deal that neede . There was a deal that needed to be done again in order for it to work did not want the truck anymore having problems with the truck as right now and is not happy, but you make choices in life and I guarantee Ford would not be the next one More
