My one complaint is how they tried to low ball my trade in. BUT...that is their job to make money, but it was insulting at first that is why I walked out of the dealership and then of course they called me immediately because they KNEW they made me a xxxxty offer. But again their job is to make money my job is to get the highest amount for my trade and pay the least amount for the car. BUT..overall great experience. Again the Finance Guy Omar was the best part of the experience. More
