Very disappointed in the amount of time it took to install 4 new tires and get an alignment. My appointment was at 8:45am and I did not receive any type of communication (I took it upon myself to retu install 4 new tires and get an alignment. My appointment was at 8:45am and I did not receive any type of communication (I took it upon myself to return back to the dealer for an update). The job was complete around 2:15pm, nearly 5.5 hours later with no update/communication whatsoever. The advisor told me 2-3 hours. I will not be returning here past the free tire rotations I get with my new tire purchase. I should have headed the warnings in the reviews online. More

I have always been happy with my service here, However, this time was not the best experience. At the time of check-in, I was not told that there was a $90 diagnostic fee to check my AC. My only other service was an oil change and tire rotation and I was told it would be an hour and a half. It turned into 2 1/2 hours, and I missed a subsequent appointment. More

the previous service, they forgot to reset the oil change, I had to return a few days later to have them do it because the truck continued sending messages that it was not done. On this occasion, I went for an oil change and they gave me a list that had to be checked, I accepted since they told me it would take between an hour and an hour and a half. I was there for 3 hours, but they forgot to put the sticker on when I should do the next oil change. Obviously I had to change my schedule with the customer who were waiting for me. More
