La peor experiencia que he tenido en mi vida en un dealer, tuve mi carro ahí por 2 meses, 2 meses q estuve pagando al banco por un carro que no usé en ese tiempo. La persona que me atendió (Fidel) pés dealer, tuve mi carro ahí por 2 meses, 2 meses q estuve pagando al banco por un carro que no usé en ese tiempo. La persona que me atendió (Fidel) pésimo customer service incluso 2 días después de haber recogido mi carro todavía me estaba enviando mensajes de texto diciéndome q estaban esperando por las piezas y que me avisaría cuando llegaran muestra de su falta de compromiso laboral. Conclusión si mi carro volviera a presentar algún problema prefiero pagar de mi bolsillo a algún mecánico que volver a poner un pie en ese lugar. En cambio el señor Tony todo lo contrario, atento, respetuoso y muy profesional si hubiese dado con él mucho antes tal vez tuviera otra opinión de ese lugar. More

I always enjoy going to this dealership but this one time I went I had a bad experience. I’ve took my car to get fully serviced that means a full multi service job done on my car before my warranty was expir I went I had a bad experience. They said they found a few things that needed to be serviced and they did service the car however when I left the dealership I’ve noticed a wobble coming from my front end of my car didn’t think much of it so the next time I went to the dealership for an oil change I bought that to their attention they reply was your warranty is up and it gone cost you around a thousand plus dollars to fix it. More

I went to the dealership prior to my last oil change due to my warranty was gonna be up. The dealership inspected my car and fix a minor problem. They said everything was fixed when I got on the turnpike. I to my warranty was gonna be up. The dealership inspected my car and fix a minor problem. They said everything was fixed when I got on the turnpike. I noticed my car was wobbling uncomfortably. My next oil change was done at the dealership. No my car had 38,000 miles. Almost brand new car. I don’t speed. Don’t drive my car roughly or anything just a normal car so I took my car back to the dealership with 40,000 miles currently on it. They said my warranty was expired and gave me an estimate price over $1000 to fix my problem unfortunately I didn’t have the funds to resolve my problem. I’m stuck driving in wobbly uncomfortable car that I bought off the showroom floor at this dealership. Now let me make myself clear. This was the first time I ever experience this type of treatment at this dealership. This dealership is very friendly, polite, and understanding unfortunately, it was a bad day at the dealership. I will recommend friends and family to do business at this dealership, but if I have another bad experience, I would take my business elsewhere. More
