Jon was GREAT! ! wonderful personality and charisma!! Honestly had it been anyone else...this deal prob wouldn't have happened...but he did everything right to ensur ! wonderful personality and charisma!! I believe his name was Anthony was just as wonderful and pleasant to deal w. As far as the person who deals w the ONLINE messenger part...they were a bit bothersome. We scheduled an appointment and showed up promptly on time. They called as we walked into the building and we informed them we where there. Should have been done there however...the person responsible for messenger responses continued to message about setting up an apt. I informed them NO LESS than 3 times over the next 24 hours I had showed up and already purchased a vehicle FROM THEM and they didn't seem to understand or maybe they weren't reading my response. Either way, aside from the fb responder my experience was wonderful and pleasant. Jon made us feel like we were old friends and even checked up in our new purchase 2 days later. Would def return to dickson city hyundai for any future car purchase needs!!! I just wouldn't set the apt up through messenger next time 🤣🤷‍♀️ More
