Not satisfied with new car purchase When purchasing our third vehicle this one brand new had multiple things wrong with it we were buying a new car it shouldn’t have had any of the probl When purchasing our third vehicle this one brand new had multiple things wrong with it we were buying a new car it shouldn’t have had any of the problems it did . here’s a list ..... 2 scratches on the inside of the windshield ....bumper had damage .... scratches on the hood and headlight .......the steering wheel had gouges in it .....the pinstripe was messed up ...... and over all the car was filthy inside ! Showed the damages before leaving only to find more when we got home ......calling and trying to reach a specific person is impossible because that person is never in the building ..... only to find out that the vehicle was used as a rental/loaner car and that’s why it had all the damages ..... we were under the impression that we were buying a new car not one that was used !!!! We paid full price for a used car ! Car is at the dealership now for 4days waiting for it to be fixed ! Not happy at all !!! More
