Sweet sonata sale I was browsing for the possible purchase of a new car at Dickson City Hyundai. I sent an online information request on a used Sonata and was responded I was browsing for the possible purchase of a new car at Dickson City Hyundai. I sent an online information request on a used Sonata and was responded to very quickly. I was referred to Joe Kirby to view the car in person. Anthony Tysoon helped me locate Joe Kirby once I arrived at the dealership and also checked to make sure all was going okay while I was waiting for my paperwork to be approved. Joe was happy to show the car to me and I was lucky enough to speak to the previous owner about the car. Joe was very friendly and listened to my interests and concerns. He even brought snacks to my six year old son who was getting restless. I was indecisive and didn't make my mind up until late into the evening, when the dealership was closing. Joe happily went into work the next day,which was supposed to be his day off,to finish the sale. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy and even called the next day to make sure I didn't have any questions on my new car. I would recommend Joe to anyone looking for a car. More

Made my experience painless I had to get a new car and was not looking forward to shopping for a new one. I did some research online and narrowed my decision between a Hyundai or I had to get a new car and was not looking forward to shopping for a new one. I did some research online and narrowed my decision between a Hyundai or another brand. I also braced myself to deal with pushy salesmen that only cared about making a sale. I searched for Hyundai dealers and found Dickson City Hyundai. I went in expecting a not so pleasant experience. Dennis Vaughan came up to me and introduced himself. Right from the introduction, I was able to breath because he didn't seem like a shark looking for food. I test drove the first car I was interested in. It was a nice ride but a little out of my price range. Dennis let me test drive another car that wasn't a Hyundai but I wasn't feeling that one. I thought I was going to have to brace myself to resist the inevitable "But why? This seems great for you." argument. It didn't happen. What a great relief that was. Dennis was able to get me a great deal on my second choice Hyundai at my price range. The whole experience was a lot less stressful than I was anticipating. Dennis was professional and knowledgeable about the cars he was selling. It almost felt like he was a friend. Then came time to sign papers. That's where Anthony Tooson came in. That whole process was even less stressful. He was also professional and explained everything I was signing. He answered all my questions without getting impatient. I couldn't believe I drove away in a new used car. I'm glad I tried this dealer. Dennis and Anthony made all the difference. More

Pushy but eventually fair Alan was great the day of the sale, but not so great after. I sent an email, text, and left a voicemail but 3 days later I have not heard from him. The dealership is your typical high pressure take your keys dealership but eventually will give you a fair price. If you go there you'll have to have the patience to stay there all day while they haggle and "see what they could do". Anthony in finance is an asset to the dealership. More
