When it came time to get my husband a new car, we knew we wanted to buy from Criswell again. We live an hour and a half from Gaithersburg, so we reached out the Anthony over the phone and we were able to tell him what we were looking for and that we wanted to trade in my husband’s current vehicle. Anthony answered all our questions over the phone and he also worked hard to get us a good deal on our trade in. When we arrived at the dealership early Saturday morning Anthony had the most perfect Chevrolet Camaro ready to go and he had all of our information filled out saving us so much time. Anthony is so kind and fun to work with, he is extremely knowledgeable and he makes you feel like he’s really working to give you the best deal to make sure you’re leaving 100% satisfied! He stated that I would qualify for all offers and rebates, which I did. They gave me an awesome price for my trade in and the financing department beat my credit union's rate! I would definitely make the 3 hour drive again because there are no dealerships like Criswell in New Jersey! More

Best car Buying Experience of my Life I saw the add on Facebook and called the dealership. Anthony answered the phone and was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and informative. This was a first for buying a car over the phone. Anthony listened to what I was looking for and then gave me my options and told me about the Z06 they had and it matched what I wanted perfectly. He then went out of his way to take care of the value of my trade-in and worked with me to get me the best value for it. We texted or talked 3 or 4 times and finally I made the decision based on Anthony's interaction with me to but the car from him. I lived 5 hours away and made arrangements to come down and complete the deal. Once i got and met Anthony for the first time I knew I had made the right decision. We went for a test drive and then went thru the deal and then Anthony spent whatever time I needed going over the operation/options of the car. He then took me to finance where the experience was great and Steve and his magic desk took me thru signing all the docs and it was a piece of cake. Steve then went thru all the options for protecting my investment and his knowledge and professionalism were great. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I love the car I ended up with, it was a perfect fit. Again thank you Steve and especially Anthony for his outstanding personality and ability to make me feel comfortable and knowing they really cared about me getting the right car and being extremely happy when I left with it. Anthony followed up later that night to make sure I got it home safely and said he would check again in a few days to make sure everything was good. Thank You Anthony.
