My experience with Hyundai while mostly with Eric, our salesperson was superb. Eric is clearly the 'face' of Hyundai. I was hesitant when engaging in a new care search vs.purchasing my leased Hyndai vehicle. Eric immediately engaged in very personaable interaction, answered all questions, made incredibly important comparisons that resulted in my purchasing a new 2022 Hyundai Tuscon. I would rate his customer service skills among the best I've ever encountered. He's a marvelous source of information, wonderfully engaging, and has the kind of integrity and honesty that any customer would be priveliged to have him on their side. A wonderful communicator, he continually kept us up to date as we awaited the delivery of the car due to supply chain issues. I would have rated Eric 10 stars had they been available! Also, your dealership is among the most organized and professional I've encoiuntered and in dealing with the financial arrangements, the process was so efficient, it was incredible admirable. Everything agreed upon was exactly as stated and we' are estactic with our purchase. Purchased a Hyundai Tucson a few years ago, ran into an issue for the Blue link that I require a copy of the Bill of sale. He came in on his day off to assist with the purchase and be there to support me in this big step. And, beyond that, came out to pick me up from the car rental drop off decently far from the dealership, so I wouldn’t have to get a ride or an Uber. It was seriously above what any representative I have ever spent time with at other dealerships, 20x over. He is an incredible asset to the team, and Danbury Hyundai is very fortunate to have him on their floor!
