Takes the cake I have been looking for a reliable used car for my father for several months. Found something I was looking for and the process started. They couldn't I have been looking for a reliable used car for my father for several months. Found something I was looking for and the process started. They couldn't have made it any easier. I've bought several vehicles in the past 6 years and this was by far the easiest experience. I've bought a Mercedes Sprinter Van, Chevy Box and Pick Ups, and Toyota Pick Ups for work, all different dealers - all good people. But for some reason this experience takes the cake. Luis helped me and treated me like family, from the test drive to the final signature. My family's business has had two Hyundais before and they were great cars. I know I will be back again. More

Phil Prescott helped me purchase my vehicle. He went above and beyond for me. He shopped around for the best rate so that I didn’t have to. I purchased a CPO 2017 Tucson Sport from John Blesse and picked it up on March 4, 2020. When we arrived there was only 1 key in the car so John said he would get a key out to me via mail. I was told by John picked it up on March 4, 2020. When we arrived there was only 1 key in the car so John said he would get a key out to me via mail. I was told by John that the key was mailed on March 6, but on March 11 I still had no key. Spoke to John again and was promised it would be there on the 12th. Finally on March 16th I received my key via Fed-Ex, but the key didn't work. I was told I would have to drive 45 mins to Danbury to have the key reprogrammed OR have a driver come get my car, bring it back to Danbury, then return it to me. Normally this would not be an issue, but with everything going on with the Coronavirus right now, I didn't feel comfortable having someone other than my husband driving my car. I have a close family member with a compromised immune system and we cant take any chances so I asked if I could bring the key to our local dealership, but was told I would have to pay approx $99 to have it done there. John finally agreed to refund the cost and told me to send him a copy of the receipt for reimbursement. Also, I transferred the plates from my old car and had just renewed the registration, but I was still charged $250 for Lic and Reg. John informed me that I would receive a refund check for $42.60 as well. I sent the receipt over the weekend to John, but have not received a check or any additional correspondence since Saturday. I also reached out to John Blesse, Bill in service and Bill the owner about a few issues with my purchase. When I took the vehicle to Torrington Hyundai on Saturday I was told there was an open recall on the car that had to be fixed. Service also said my battery is only at 39%, that I need an oil change in 2k miles and may need a serpentine belt. I asked why these things weren't addressed before I picked up the vehicle. To date I have not heard from anyone. Horrible service! More
