He was honest, responsive, and patient, communicating clearly even when we were working through some details via email rather than by phone. When a couple of cosmetic issues came up during my inspection, he addressed them directly and got everything committed in writing, including a loaner vehicle when I come back for the follow-up work. That kind of accountability is rare and I really appreciated it. Jennifer handled the financing side professionally and efficiently.
