When a couple of cosmetic issues came up during my inspection, he addressed them directly and got everything committed in writing, including a loaner vehicle when I come back for the follow-up work. That kind of accountability is rare and I really appreciated it. Jennifer handled the financing side professionally and efficiently. She was able to secure a better rate than I had already lined up through my own credit union, which was a pleasant surprise, and walked me through everything clearly without any pressure to add products I didn't need. Tony made my car buying experience one of the best I’ve had. He was extremely kind, patient, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. I traded in my vehicle and even though it needed brand new tires and a new windshield, they still honored the original trade value for me, which I truly appreciated. I ended up purchasing a Mazda and I absolutely love it — the car is beautiful and my kids love it too. I also really appreciated that Tony followed up afterward to check in on how everything was going. I did have an issue where the oil light came on the same night I brought the vehicle home, and when I had it checked the oil was low, which surprised me since the CarFax showed the oil had recently been changed. However, Tony was very professional and responsive when I brought it to his attention and said he would make management aware of it. Overall, I still had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend working with Tony if you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about his customers and makes the process smooth and comfortable.
