I am new here at Sears Imported Autos and Mercedes, so I am just learning the systems and the Mercedes experience, however; I have been in auto-finance for 9 yrs, with 13 yrs total in the industry. I love what I do and the best part is seeing happy, excited customers when it is all done! My previous customers would say I go above and beyond to take care of them and many have become repeat customers for life. I was thoroughly impressed with my service from Sue and the Sears auto team. Although she was busy juggling her customers needs, she made time to address mine as well; I never felt ignored. When I expressed trepidation about an issue I was confused on, she didn't pressure me to make a move but patiently reiterated and explained the points again. As a woman, I've had my share of horrid experiences while shopping for vehicles, but this wasn't one of them. Working with an intuitive female team- from sales to signing- lowered my anxiety and things felt smooth and effortless. Sue and the team exceeded my expectations and definitely elevated the entire experience. Great job ladies! You cooked! 👌🏾 More
