Saw a car on February 15, it had multiple damaged items but was promised it would be ready Monday . 3 days later, now an extra week and 800 rental car fees cad is t ready so I asked them for a refund of de but was promised it would be ready Monday . 3 days later, now an extra week and 800 rental car fees cad is t ready so I asked them for a refund of deposit and went ahead and purchased a car somewhere else, they claim deposit isn’t refundable. Deposits are for completion of sale, if the purchase doesn’t take place then the deposit is refundable, They never disclosed it was non refundable and the car was not taken off the market, it’s still advertised on site and eBay and no harm to them Unbelievable, will see them in court where they will pay the deposit back and my attorneys fees Idiots More
